Description The si325 Optical
Sensing Interrogator meets the growing demand for measuring strain, pressure
and temperature in remote civil, downhole oil, and pipeline applications where
both high accuracy and portability are required. Most of these applications require
the durability and versatility of the fiber Bragg grating based strain, temperature
and pressure sensors for which the si325 is well suited. The small, accurate,
rugged and portable si325 combines autonomous battery operation with Micron
Optics robust, high-power, low-noise swept laser source. The
intuitive and easy to use software provides the user with datalogging functions
for automated sampling, archiving and transmission. A high-performance local database
manages multiple sensor configurations and large data sets. Acquired data can
be exported to analysis tools through Microsoft Excel compatible files.
