Todd Haber has nearly 20 years of experience in the photonics industry, holding previous positions of Research Engineer, Lead T&M Engineer, Director of Product Development, Vice President of Engineering, and Chief Technical Officer with Micron Optics. Through his tenure at MOI, Mr. Haber has been an active driver of technology, process, organization, and strategy initiatives that help to put Micron Optics in its current poised position for growth. Mr. Haber holds BSEE and Masters of Science in Electric Engineering degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology, has published in peer reviewed journals, and has been awarded multiple US patents.
Tom Graver joined Micron Optics in January 2001 to grow Micron Optics’ optical sensing business. For nearly 15 years he led MOI’s sales and business development activities around the world. Now as COO he’s returned to his roots in optimizing manufacturing and business operations. Prior to joining MOI, Mr. Graver served as director of operations within the Manufacturing Research Center at Georgia Tech. Throughout his career, Mr. Graver has focused on applying technology for process improvement, precision machining, robotics, rapid prototyping, energy efficiency, and now fiber optic components, lasers and sensors. He holds degrees in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and management.
Scott Riggi joined the Micron Optics team in January 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Riggi held senior leadership roles overseeing global sales organizations for several market leading technology manufacturers in the analytical instrumentation industry. His extensive experience over 30 years implementing international distribution channels, leading business development efforts and successfully executing strategic sales and marketing plans has helped grow organizations from Fortune 500 companies to privately held start-ups. Mr. Riggi earned his BSEE at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston Massachusetts.
Dustin Carr joined Micron Optics in 2013 to advance the development of optical sensors. He has since held positions as Director of Product Development and Vice President of Engineering. Previously, he worked as CTO of Symphony Acoustics, Inc., a company that he founded to develop and commercialize new types of optical sensing technologies. Prior to this he held positions as technical manager at Bell Labs in Murray Hill, NJ and was a member of technical staff at Sandia National Labs. Dustin is a proven innovator, with more than 20 issued patents and dozens of publications in diverse fields that include MEMS, photonics, and nano fabrication. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell (2000) as well as a MS in physics from Cornell (1997) and a BS in mathematics from Oklahoma State University (1994).
Karen Dillard joined Micron Optics in May 2000. Prior to Micron Optics, Ms. Dillard worked in management in the entertainment field. Since joining, Ms. Dillard has worked in several areas of the company including marketing, human resources and accounting. Ms. Dillard earned a BA from Wake Forest University.
